We, our, and us, when used in this notice mean Mandalay Loans.

CREDIT BUREAU REPORTS

We utilize credit bureau reports to evaluate our customers’ credit worthiness and to protect our customers from fraudulent conduct. When you complete an application to open an account with us, you are expressly authorizing us to obtain a credit bureau report about you. This report contains information pertaining to your credit history. This information will only be utilized for establishing your account, offering you the highest level of service and to protect you from fraud.

THE CONFIDENTIALITY, SECURITY, AND INTEGRITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

We restrict access to information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect this information.

INFORMATION ABOUT FORMER CUSTOMERS

We do not disclose information about former customers, except as permitted by law.
